Rental Fee
Due at time of reservation.

Pogie’s Clubhouse on Jefferson Rental Days & Hours
Rental is for 8 hours during the listed times below,
Times listed are when light decorating may begin and when the party must come to an end. All decorations must be pre-approved by Pogie’s

Music & Live Performances
All music must be played through Pogie’s sound system. Any live performances or DJ’s must be pre-approved by Pogie’s. Pogie’s reserves the right to control the volume to ensure peace with our neighbors. Live performances must end by 9 pm.
Food
All your food will be cooked and served on site by Pogie’s Catering Staff. Special occasion cakes may be brought in with you. No other outside food is allowed. Any brought in cakes must be pre-approved by Pogie’s, and it is recommended that any extra cups, plates, napkins or forks that may be needed also be brought in. Buffets will be up for 1-2 hours. All leftovers will be packaged and made available to take home at the end of the night. If the host chooses, guests may take home to-go boxes. All buffets will be broken down starting no later than 9 pm.
Drinks
We include Sweet Tea and Lemonade with the rental. Soda can be pre ordered at an additional cost, but anything else is BYOB. We’ll help you keep your drinks cold and you can even bring your own stocked coolers! The Host of the event assumes all responsibility to ensure that all consumers of alcohol are 21 years of age or older. The Host also will ensure that no intoxicated drivers leave the event and that all alcohol is consumed responsibly. Pogie’s will include 2 large bags of ice for the event. Extra ice can be purchased until 9 pm.
Bonfire
A bonfire pit is available. A small bucket of wood will be provided for all outdoor events (weather permitting) for a bon fire. Extra wood may be brought in. No treated wood is to be burned in the bonfire pit. We ask that no wood be added to the pit after 9 pm.
Cornhole
Pogie’s can provide up to 2 sets of cornhole boards with bags for the event if needed. Games must be completed by 9 pm.
Tarps & Accommodations
Pogie’s can provide covered seating for up to 100 guests. Pogie’s will only cover the outdoor seating area if weather dictates it is needed. For parties of more than 100 guest, special accommodations can be made at an additional cost. Guests are free to have a rental company deliver tarps, chairs, tables, porta-pottys, or other accommodations at their own arraignment. All accommodations must be pre-approved by Pogie’s. Set up and delivery of accommodations can begin at 9 am the day of the event and must be broken down and removed by 7 am the following day.
Clubhouse Seating
Indoors: Plated -40, Buffet-36, Reception-43
Outdoor Seating: Outdoor seating varies based on needs. Call to discuss seating options for 100 or more. Pogie's Clubhouse is mixed indoor & outdoor seating April 1st – October 31st.
Parking
Parking in Pogie’s parking lot is permitted. Overflow parking may be next-door at the Amherst Historical Societies Sandstone Village Parking lot. There is no street parking. Please drive 10 mph on Jefferson St and 5 mph through the Sandstone Village.
Pogie’s Clubhouse is a drug free venue.
Pogie’s reserves the right to end an event early for a violation of any of the above conditions.
