Pogie’s Clubhouse will host a seed starting lunch Saturday, February 24th at Pogie’s Clubhouse on Jefferson in Amherst. Come get your garden started. Learn about growing plants from seed and what will be successful in your garden this summer in Lorain County. Everything you need to get your garden started will be provided as you get your seeds started and go home with your own windowsill greenhouse. Pogie’s will serve a baked potato bar with homemade chili and chicken garden or Cesar salad for lunch. Tickets are $20 a piece or two for $35 and are available HERE.
A windowsill greenhouse, potting soil, and a variety of seeds to choose from will be provided for a personalized take home greenhouse that with proper care will be ready to transplant to a garden this spring.
